Rental period: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon end time. Late returns may result in additional fees.

Payment: We require full payment to reserve the vessel.
 
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within a certain time period may result in a cancellation fee. The exact policy may vary based on the type of rental and rental period.
 
Boating license:  A copy of an NASBLA approved boating safety certificate is required for each operator of the Vessel.  For more information follow this link Boating Education in TN
 
Boat operation: Only the renter and authorized passengers are allowed to operate the boat. See "Boating license" terms above.  The renter must be present on the boat at all times.
 
Safety equipment: All passengers are required to wear provided life jackets at all times while on the boat. The renter is responsible for ensuring that all safety equipment is on board and in good condition.
 
Damage and cleaning: The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment during the rental period. The renter is also responsible for cleaning the boat and returning it in the same condition as when it was rented. A Charge of $30 will be applied if returned unclean.
 
Weather: The rental company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to inclement weather or unsafe boating conditions.  We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
 
Prohibited activities: The following activities are prohibited while operating the boat: drinking alcohol, using illegal substances, operating the boat while under the influence, and exceeding the boat's maximum capacity.
 
Liability waiver: The renter will be required to sign a liability waiver before renting the boat.
 
Upon Returning the Boat:  Boat shall be returned with a Full tank of fuel and all trash removed and cleaned.  Fuel can be purchased at Lakeside at the Point Marine.  If boat is retuned unfueled a charge will be added at current Cost of fuel PLUS a $30 Refueling Fee.
